👋 Hi, I’m Jordan Smithson

With over a decade of experience in the education and technology sector, I’ve seen firsthand how the right digital tools used the right way can empower teachers, engage students, and transform learning environments. My journey began as a first-line IT technician, where I developed a deep understanding of the tech infrastructure that powers schools. From there, I moved through the ranks, eventually stepping into senior management within a multi-academy trust.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with over 200 schools and supported more than 2,000 educators, delivering training, advice, and real-world solutions that make a tangible impact in the classroom. But I’m not just about tech, I’m about people. I believe EdTech should work for teachers, not against them. That’s why my approach is grounded in empathy, simplicity, and practicality.

Whether I’m leading a CPD session, designing a strategic roadmap, or speaking at a conference, my mission is the same:
to make digital transformation feel achievable, exciting, and genuinely useful for every educator I work with.
