Many schools are looking to start moving their business functions to the cloud and in some cases move their full school network to a cloud based platform. Cloud technology has advanced dramatically over the past few years and now is the time for schools to start adopting the new way of working.
I have created this training package to start shedding some light on the way that cloud technology can be used to streamline school functions and empower everyone to achieve more. This training package will be added to constantly with new sessions both in blog form and live recordings.

This is a 3 part series around creating an automated policy tracker using Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate and Approvals . Part 1 covers creating our SharePoint site and making our policy tracker list. Part 2 looks at the automation process and building reminder processes. Finally part 3 will look at the Approval function and how to can add a policy to your tracker, mark it for review and have a designated list of people emailed to review the document and either approve or reject the document with comments.
This training series looks at creating a central communication/collaboration hub for your school/trust. Part 1 looks at creating your new SharePoint site and customising it to add in your branding and colour schemes. Part 2 will look at how to create a site structure, add in content and start linking your social media accounts. In part 3 we will look at permissions and giving your staff/users access to the site whilst locking down certain areas to protect information. Further modules will be added in the future so stay tuned.
