Being able to take the years of technical knowledge that I have built up over the past 5+ years and provide that information to schools, parents and the wider community is such a core fundamental to my work.
Working with over 130+ schools and 400+ staff members nation wide with my Microsoft Training sessions. I have been able to build the training foundation I need to understand what works but also at what level sections need to be pitched at.
Along with these foundations and my external background as a rugby coach and coach developer. I understand how to challenge people in a way that boosts their engagement and encourages them to have the power to work the challenges out in their style whilst also have the protection of my guidance to ensure that mistakes are reviewed and reduced.
Within reason, I can pretty much run a training session on anything technology based both for within education and externally. Whilst it might take a little longer to plan a session for a piece of software I haven’t used, I will always aim to support where possible.
